About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist in the delivery of roofing and cladding projects
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial roofing and cladding systems, including rooflights and guttering
- Apply protective coatings and industrial paint finishes
- Conduct leak investigations and carry out necessary repairs
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed on-site
- Complete job documentation and reports accurately
- Work across a variety of roof types, including liquid coatings
- Represent the company professionally on client sites
- Willingness to work away from home when required
Requirements
Certificates Licences:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- IPAF (1b, 3a, 3b)
- CSCS (Labourer or Skilled Worker)
- PASMA
- First Aid
- NVQ in Slating & Tiling or Sheeting &
Cladding
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in cladding and industrial roofing (preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- PASMA
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Occasional weekend work when requiredude
