From residential dwellings to multi-lets and long leaseholds (blocks or estates), we know exactly what is required for each type of property. Our current portfolio of clients always refer to us in the first instance in respect of any maintenance works that are required. We particularly specialise in Long Leasehold Management Major Works and have an in depth understanding of the statutory requirements affecting the Managing Agent / Freeholder. We can therefore attune our services accordingly.
