Lant Street
The works at Lant Street comprised of the Replacement of insulation to rainscreen cladding which was identified as being non-compliant.
Works included removal of existing insulation and fibre board by firstly removing the rainscreen panels and setting them aside for re installation. We then supplied and fitted new rainscreen slab insulation and magpy boards with horizontal and vertical cavity barriers to provide fire separation between floors and adjacent flats.

Great care and attention was given with regards to scaffold erection and resident liaison to ensure successful completion of the project in a timely and safe manner.
